Getting here by car

• From the north, follow the A7 motorway to the Oy-Mittelberg exit, then continue on the B310 federal road towards Oberjoch. After about 15 kilometres, turn left towards Tannheimer Tal. Upon reaching Tannheim, take the second village entrance near the MPreis supermarket, then turn right towards Berg. From there, it’s only 400 metres to the Berger Hof.
• From the east, drive from Vorarlberg via the eastern Alpine Road to Sonthofen. Take the exit towards Tannheimer Tal and continue via Bad Hindelang. Cross the Joch Pass to Oberjoch, where you take the roundabout exit to the right towards Tannheimer Tal. After passing through Schattwald, you’ll reach Tannheim. Upon reaching Tannheim, take the second village entrance near the MPreis supermarket, then turn right towards Berg. From there, it’s only 400 metres to the Berger Hof.
• From the south, follow the A12 motorway to the Mötz exit. Continue over the Fern Pass towards Reutte, then take the B198 towards Weißenbach. Finally, follow the B199 into Tannheimer Tal. Upon reaching Tannheim, take the second village entrance near the MPreis supermarket, then turn right towards Berg. From there, it’s only 400 metres to the Berger Hof.

Getting here by plane
The nearest airports are Memmingen (85km), Innsbruck (120km), Munich (205km), Stuttgart (205km), and Zurich (220km). From there, you can reach the Berger Hof by bus or taxi.

Getting here by train
The nearest train stations are Pfronten-Ried (16km), Sonthofen (24km), and Reutte (24km). From there, you can take a bus or taxi to the Berger Hof. Alternatively, we offer a pick-up service upon request and for a fee (subject to availability).

You can settle your bill in cash, via bank transfer in advance, or by instant transfer.

Your room will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m.

Early check-in is possible – please contact us in advance via phone or email to check availability. Late check-out is also available upon request and subject to availability.

Each room includes a free parking space. For guests arriving with an electric car, two EV charging stations are available in front of Berger Hof (for an additional fee).

A local tax of €3.50 per person (aged 15 and over) per night is payable on-site.

We recommend taking out European Travel Insurance. You can book it quickly and easily online at, to cover unexpected cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures.

Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request.

At the Berger Hof, you can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet with regional and organic products daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. From 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., coffee and tea are available in our dining room.
On the day of arrival or for external guests, breakfast is available for €24.00 per person. Prior reservation is required.

The Berger Hof features a small sports shop stocked with a selection of sporting goods from top brands like Rossignol, Swix, Dählie, Ulvang, Lupine, and Melsan. In winter, we rent cross-country skis, and in summer, a selection of brand-new bicycles. Guests staying with us enjoy free bicycle rentals, while e-bikes are available at discounted rates.
